GAME RULES

Official Rules

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms” or “Official Rules”) govern the Hybe adventure game (“Game”) and Hybe’s relationships with participants (“Players”). Your participation in the Game is expressly conditioned upon your compliance with these Terms and with all present and future rules, terms, regulations, policies, and procedures that Hybe may adopt at its discretion. In addition, by enrolling or participating, you agree to Hybe’s Privacy Policy.

BY ENROLLING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

If you do not agree with these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you are not authorized to enroll in the Game.

No Purchase Necessary Clause

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR RECEIVE ANY REWARD. The Game begins at [Time] Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) on [Date] and ends at [Time] on [Date] (the “Game Period”). The Game is void where prohibited by law.

This Game is sponsored by Hybe. References in these Terms to “we,” “us,” or “our” are references to Hybe. “You” or “your” refers to the Player enrolling or participating in the Game.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Game is open only to legal U.S. residents residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, or affiliates of Hybe or their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
